Below I’ve compiled a list of free online marketing certifications to take advantage of.

HubSpot

HubSpot is a leading inbound marketing platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads and close customers. They offer two certifications that are open to the general public. The first being the HubSpot Inbound Certification. It is a great introduction to inbound marketing, whether you’re a seasoned professional or just getting started with marketing. Second, HubSpot offers a complimentary HubSpot Design Certification. While this certification may not be relevant to every marketer, it teaches best practices for styled templates and responsive, smart websites. It should come as no surprise that The Big G offers free marketing certifications. There are two here that should catch every digital marketer’s eye. Coursera

The University of Pennsylvania offers an Introduction to Marketing course through Coursera. This course highlights customer loyalty tactics through branding, customer centricity, and go-to-market strategies. Taught by top faculty members, this course is 5 weeks long, requiring 4-6 hours/week. 

ALISON

If you’re looking for an all-encompassing course to understand what online marketing involves and the steps you need to take in implementing a successful online marketing strategy, ALISON’s Diploma in E-business is the class for you. At the end of this certification, you’ll know how to help your business attract customers, analyze key revenue metrics, improve your SEO, and more.

There are a plethora of courses to choose from including everything from Search Engine Optimization and LinkedIn for Business to Blog Your Way to Success and Mastering the Digital Marketing Maze.
