Eric was born and raised near Seattle and moved to Colorado in 2002. He married his wife Erikka shortly thereafter and started a family. They have two boys, Mason (17) and Isaac (15), and live in the mountains west of Denver. They love everything to do with the outdoors and spend their free time in the Rocky Mountains, shuttling their kids to baseball, and sneaking in some fly fishing here or there.
Eric began his career in sales after receiving a degree in marketing from Western Washington University. After 13 years in sales and management, he left the security of his career to start Revenue River in 2009.
Believing digital marketing was the future, he worked to transform their team and tactics, becoming a certified HubSpot agency in 2012. He's continued to lead the growth and expansion of the agency's capabilities, leveraging his unique skill sets around sales and marketing strategies. In 2021 Revenue River merged with another HubSpot agency in Mexico, forming Instrumental Group. Now an international agency servicing North, Central, and South America, Instrumental Group is one of the largest and most capable HubSpot Elite Partners in the world.
