HR Generalist
Molly is a Human Resources Professional with a passion for helping employees and the organization reach their full potential in all facets of Human Resources. She has experience working at many levels and in multiple areas of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Benefits Management, Talent Acquisition, Leave Management, and Learning and Development and brings the same drive and passion to each. In her career, she has worked in various industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and transportation. One of Molly's most noteworthy successes is her nomination for Wisconsin's HR Professional of the Year in 2018.
When Molly isn't busy solving work issues, you will find her curled up in her hammock with her two cats, Tybee (a whopping 22 pound Maine Coon) and Elsa (a now three-legged beauty that was found frozen to the side of the road).
She also likes traveling with her fiancé, spending time with her family, cheering on the New Orleans Saints, art, volleyball, deciding what tattoo she'll get next, and enjoying the two days of summer she gets living in Wisconsin.
After taking Art Appreciation in college, it opened my eyes to a whole new world. I now have countless paintings hanging up in my house, including a Leonid Afremov ORIGINAL, have taken many trips to different art institutes and museums, and have picked up the hobby of painting. Something that is definitely on my bucket list is traveling to Paris to the Louvre Museum to see "Impression, Sunrise" by Claude Monet in person.
