As a healthcare staffing firm, their primary marketing initiatives were targeted at healthcare organizations that needed to attract more physicians and advanced practitioners. Because they managed a large database of physicians and practitioners, there was also a strong need to communicate with these important personas. Playing matchmaker was proving difficult without the ability to manage communication with marketing automation.
We were tapped specifically because Jackson & Coker wanted expert help activating their HubSpot portal quickly, as they looked to leverage existing intelligence to improve communications. After a short exploration, they shared that they had larger plans for customizing HubSpot but wanted to start small and learn HubSpot before jumping into a larger 'Phase 2' project. We agreed to offer them a straightforward project to assist their onboarding efforts. They bought their HubSpot license, executed our simple quote, and we introduced them to their HubSpot Success Manager shortly after.

During the kickoff call our HubSpot Success Manager, Isaac Quinn identified a detailed list of objectives for training.
Our training methodology also aligns closely with HubSpot. We've adopted their preferred method of Change Management, ADKAR. We customize training curriculums to build awareness, create desire, develop knowledge, foster ability, and reinforce change and adoption. We'll plan a phase beyond this project that focuses on reinforcement specifically. For this project, we agreed to the following steps:

We'll manage the successful migration of your corresponding Salesforce CRM data and records into HubSpot CRM.
Step 1: HubSpot Field Mapping: We'll audit your existing SFDC environment to identify all required fields for migration. Then we'll configure HubSpot to match, ensuring the ability to migrate successfully.
Step 2: Data Migration: We'll leverage our custom SFDC <> HubSpot migration tool to migrate all earmarked hard and soft data out of your current platform into HubSpot. Once configured and connected, the product will extract the data and port it into the proper fields while maintaining data associations between objects. The entities we're able to migrate include:
- earmarked contacts, company, and deal records
- notes, meetings, calls, tasks, emails, pipelines, properties, and record owners
- attachments, product objects, and product line items
Step 3: Validation and Testing: We'll review migrated data together, ensuring accuracy. We'll re-run the migration in the event that there are any errors once the migration is approved.
Step 4: Delta migration for net new data: We'll run a final migration to pick up all net new data and move into HubSpot for go-live before marking the project complete.
