Introducing Instrumental Group
After many months of internal efforts, we are ready to share some exciting news! Revenue River has joined forces with our long-time friends and peers at Hint, forming a new international digital agency we named Instrumental Group.
Who owns Instrumental Group?
Instrumental Group was founded by the original founders of Revenue River, combined with the original founders of a top HubSpot partner in Mexico, Hint. Their Managing Partner (Juan Carlos) and I have been good friends for many years, having met at a HubSpot event in 2016. We've been working towards partnership for several years, including multiple agency visits and team exercises.
With this initiative, both Revenue River and Hint are now subsidiaries under Instrumental Group LLC and will work as one organization with offices in Merida and Denver, with over 120 HubSpot certified professionals, integrated services for growth, and proprietary technologies, with HubSpot as our main platform.
We decided to form this partnership in order to…
- Provide our clients a more complete host of creative and technical services
- Provide our employees and partners a larger set of advantages
- Compliment our services with products that allow us to move faster for our clients
- To build an international agency capable of serving the entire HubSpot ecosystem
What will happen to Revenue River?
Both of our agencies will keep our regional brands and our regional teams. If you are one of our valuable clients, Revenue River will remain your agency of record while we transition. Same team, same services, same relationships. We will now have a support brand that will allow us to add more services and technologies to our offering in the coming months. We will keep you posted as expanded services and capabilities develop.
What immediate changes should I expect as a client?
In the first quarter of 2022, we will begin the legal transition from Revenue River, LLC to Instrumental Group, LLC, which will be our new legal entity. We'll be transitioning legal documentation such as invoicing. Current contracts will carry through under Survivability. No additional/new contracts will be required.
