VP of Business Administration
Erikka graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. After Graduation she spent a year of service with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps. This experience ultimately shaped her decision to start her career down the non-profit path. After moving to Colorado with her husband Eric in 2002, she joined the Muscular Dystrophy Association as Executive Director of the Denver Office.
After starting a family she decided it was time to leave the crazy hours required to successfully run a fundraising team. This is when she started working for Liberty Acquisitions. At Liberty Erikka worked in several roles starting out as the Office Manager, moving to Director of Business Development, and ultimately finishing her work as Director of Client Services.
As the VP of Business Administration for Revenue River, Erikka has brought her years of experience with Management and Office Administration to handle all things office related for our team, allowing them to focus on driving results for our clients.
Spending time with my amazing husband of 18 years, Eric Pratt, and our two boys Mason and Isaac. These days most of that time is spent at baseball fields around the Denver Metro area and beyond.
“Having Erikka be a part of the team is extremely important to our success. Everyday, she comes to work with a positive attitude, dedication to Revenue River, and a willingness to do everything she can to help the company reach its goals.” – Nicole Rende
“Erikka comes to work every day positive and considerate of everyone in the office. The organization she brings to the company and the support she gives the team is invaluable. Whether we have questions or need help making sense of something regarding our employment, she’s always willing to take the time needed to make sure you completely understand. This office wouldn’t function at the level it does if it weren’t for Erikka! Someone should give her a raise.” – Mike Del Cuore
